I/we undertake to abide by the conditions set by the KLBC for the use of the auditorium/conference room and to pay the RM100.00 deposit upon our booking being approved by the KLBC and to settle in full the rental sum three (3) days prior to the date of the event.

I/we further undertake not to use auditorium/conference room for any purpose other than that stated above and to fully indemnify the KLBC against any damage/loss suffered by the use of the above room(s).
