Implementation of Teleconferencing (Audio) System at the Federal Court, Court of Appeal and Civil and Commercial Divisions of the KL High Court
The Chief Registrar of the Federal Court has informed the KLBC that the Court would be implementing Teleconferencing (Audio) System during case management with the objective of speeding up case management which the Court hopes would also ease the handling of case management for lawyers. The system is currently undergoing tests and more information would be provided in due course.
The Chief Registrar has asked that members of the Bar be informed of the impending implementation of the said system for necessary preparations to be made. We will keep members informed of what preparations will be required. Click here to peruse the Chief Registrar's letter.
