Invitation to serve the KL Bar
Dear members of the KL Bar and pupils-in-chambers,
The incoming Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee is indeed honoured to serve members for the term of 2010/11. We will endeavour to do more this term and will follow through our objectives and activities to ensure that the needs of our members and that of pupils are looked after.
12 sub-committees have been established to facilitate the organisation of the KLBC’s various activities and to cater to the needs of our KL Bar members. The new Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee also welcomes any suggestions, comments and views on how we can further improve the welfare of our members and pupils.

For the sub-committee Chairs to be able to carry out their respective tasks effectively, we need the assistance of volunteers. We need dedicated and committed members who are prepared to serve in the best interest of our members and pupils.
This is an open invitation to all of you, both members and pupils, to come forward and volunteer your time and to join us in any of the above sub-committees. If you are keen to serve, please e-mail to klbc@klbar.org.my as soon as possible and not later than 31.03.2010 your name and place of practice/pupillage and the sub-committee you are interested in.
With your co-operation and support, we shall move forward in improving our service to members and pupils and towards a better Bar.
