Pupils Workshop on Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation organised by the KL Bar Pupils Welfare Committee
Dear Pupils-in-Chambers,
The KL Bar Pupils’ Welfare Committee will be organising several civil litigation and criminal litigation workshops for the year 2010. The workshops will focus primarily on the practical aspects of handling a brief, covering the following areas:

2. Drafting of pleadings exercise

2. Mitigation

3. Presenting a case in court

3. Bail Application

Due to the intensive and practical nature of the workshops, there will be a limit of 20 participants for each of the workshops.
