Forum on Electronic Filing (e-filing) and Its Implementation on 23.11.2011, 5.00 p.m.
Dear members of the KL Bar,
The e-filing system, implemented on 01.03.2011, has been in operation at the KL Courts for more than 8 months now. All legal firms handling litigation matters would have had experienced this new system and there may be many issues facing members in using the said system. To help members better understand the system and voice their concerns and issues that they face, the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee (KLBC) is organising a Forum, details as follows:
