KL Bar Criminal Practice Committee is pleased to present the above Talk as one of its programmes to encourage more lawyers to practice Criminal Litigation. The Talk will be presented by Encik Shamsul Bin Sulaiman on Thursday, 05.07.2012 at 3.00pm at the KL Bar Auditorium, 10th Floor, Wisma Kraftangan, No.9 Jalan Tun Perak, 50050 Kuala Lumpur.

About the Speaker

Shamsul Sulaiman is a partner in Messrs Edlin Ghazaly & Associates. He is widely experienced in the area of Criminal Practice. Prior to becoming a member of the Bar upon retirement from Government Service at the end of 2009, he was a Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) with the AG Chambers for 17 out of 20 years in the Judicial and Legal Service.

•	Registration is Strictly on a First-Come, First-Served Basis
•	The Organisers Reserve the Right to Postpone or Cancel the Talk if Necessary
•	Fee paid is non-refundable unless the Talk  is cancelled by the Organisers.  If a participant is unable to attend, a replacement participant is allowed.
•	The registration counter will be opened for registration at 2.30pm on the day of the event.  The Talk will start at 3.00pm sharp. Please be punctual.

•	Certificate of Attendance for participants is only provided upon request by filling up the Evaluation and Feedback Form and returning it to the Registration Desk AT THE END OF THE TALK.

	•		You must participate in the Talk until its completion including the Q & A Session and be present throughout the Talk.
	•		Latecomers (30 Minutes after the start time) and those who leave early will not be entitled to receive the Certificate of Attendance
