KL Bar Moot Court Competition 2019| Appeal for Sponsorship

The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee’s Young Lawyers Committee (“KLBC YLC”) is pleased to announce that the we will be organising the Kuala Lumpur Moot Court Competition (“KL Bar Moots”). Details are as follows:

 

Date: 28 and 29 September 2019 (Saturday and Sunday)

Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Venue: Kuala Lumpur Court Complex, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim, Kompleks Kerajaan, 50480, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.

 

The KL Bar Moots is an inaugural project by the KLBC YLC targeted at contributing towards the pursuit for excellence in advocacy amongst law students as part of their legal education. The KL Bar Moots is intended to be different from other moot competitions as it is aimed at providing law students with the experience of making an argument in an actual court setting. Participants will also be afforded practical tips on how to improve in their oral and written advocacy after their moot rounds. The KL Bar Moots is open to all law students in Malaysia, in both public and private universities.
